Who we are
St Raphael Catholic Multi Academy Company is a family of Catholic schools serving communities across Warwickshire, Worcestershire and the surrounding areas within the Archdiocese of Birmingham.
Formed on 1 September 2026 through the coming together of Our Lady of the Magnificat Catholic Multi Academy Company and Holy Spirit Catholic Multi Academy Company, St Raphael brings together schools with a shared commitment to Catholic education, strong community values and educational excellence.
By working as one family of schools, we combine the strengths, expertise and experience of our staff, leaders and governors to provide the highest quality education and support for every child and young person in our care.
St Raphael Catholic Multi Academy Company comprises:
- 29 schools
- 25 primary schools
- 4 secondary schools
Together, we serve communities across the region, ensuring that every child is known, valued and supported to fulfil their God given potential.

The total potential combined pupil population of the St Raphael the Archangel Catholic Multi Academy Company from September 2027 is 25,000. The actual pupil population on roll as recorded in the school census on October 2025 stood at 8173.
The board of directors are appointed by the founder members of the MAC, the Barberi Newman Trust. The board of directors comprises:
